Our service is fast and easy to use. Simply fill out the Patient Information Form and Encounter Form and e-mail, scan, fax or upload it via our secure website. These forms contain all of the necessary information for us to process the claim. We screen
all claims that we receive, and if a claim is missing information we will notify you.
The following day we download an edit a report from each insurance carrier showing your claims were successfully transmitted and handle any electronic denials. All payments from the insurance carriers are sent directly to you. We receive electronic copies of many of your EOB”s while you receive the money directly into your bank account. You only need to forward EOB’s from other payers that come to you. In addition, you would need to notify us of patient payments to enable us to post those payments to your accounts.
At the beginning of every month, we send you four basic reports that reflect the past month activity: Account Receivable, cash receipts, sales analysis and procedure summary. Other reports are available upon request.
Our goal is to process clean claims the first time. Since we work on a contingency fee basis, if you don’t get paid, we don’t get paid. You can expect payment on the majority of your claims within 30 days.
